A proposed development of 12 four bedroomed town and detached properties, which will begin in July 2017.

Overlooking tree lined sports fields and allotments, with abundant wildlife, yet only a few minutes away from the traditional town centre of leafy Lytham with its famous Green, and a fabulous array of cosmopolitan restaurants and bars and eclectic collection of shops.  On a regular basis Lytham hosts the Open Golf Championship which attracts many famous golfer and fans.  Annually, such stars as Olly Murs, Hacienda Classical, Madness and The West End Prom appear  at the Lytham Festival.
